OUTLINE OF A TYPICAL '90 DAY COACHING PROPOSAL'
AIMS & EXPECTATIONS
The aim is to develop and grow your business in order that monthly revenue increases from £2,000-£3,000 per month to £4,000-£5,000 per month.
COACHING
We will meet 1:1 every 2 weeks for 90 minutes.
In our first meeting we will set clear goals and intentions for the next 90 days.
Including:
- Exactly what you want to achieve financially within this time
- Any significant changes you want to make to the business in order for work to be more enjoyable and life giving
- How to create and setup multiple sources of income, if desired.
- Manifestation practices to support your personal growth and mindset change as an abundant business owner
In between our face to face meetings we'll schedule a check in on WhatsApp. This helps with accountability around taking action and also helps to sidestep or avoid potential road blocks.
After each coaching session I’ll ask you to email me your agreed action items. That way we’re both clear on what actions you are going to be taking over the next 2 weeks.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
As well as our 1:1 meetings and check-ins, I will also be available ‘as needed’ to help and advise with any technical issues.
For example:
- Website setup/re-do
- Marketing & sales - ie. email/social media marketing setup & lead generation
- Platform setup for selling digital products
- Scheduling clients & planning work
PREPARATION FOR EACH MEETING
Before each meeting I ask that you spend time reflecting on what is most ‘live’ for you at the moment, so we can hit the ground running and use the time effectively.
These will help us to focus on what’s most important in the time allocated.
I’ll ask you to send responses to these 4 Questions:
- What has gone well over the last 2 weeks?
- What has gone badly? Or where have you felt triggered?
- What else is getting your attention at the moment, that you’re thinking about a lot?
- What do you need to lean into, go after, or focus on next?
90 DAY REVIEW
At the final meeting of our 90 days we’ll spend some time reviewing the process. I’ll send you an extra set of questions to prepare for that. They will focus on -
- Has this process met your needs and expectations?
- Is there still life & energy in this?
- Is it time to stop, as you’ve achieved what you needed to?
- Do we continue with the same rhythm/timing?
- Any element you want to adapt or adopt - start, stop or develop?
